Where We Started

Founded in 2017, DPSL is a private limited company headquartered at Rebero Hillview Building, Kigali. Under the leadership of Mr. Mbotti, Chief Executive Officer, and a dedicated team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff, the company has grown from a small enterprise to a recognized solutions provider in Rwanda.

Through strategic partnerships, we also extend our services to regional markets across East Africa.
